These terms cover your use of glowbright.io, operated by Glowbright LTD, Limassol, Cyprus (HE 493253). Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

The site

Content on this site is provided for information. Case-study figures are real results from real engagements, reported as measured by the client at the time. Past results don't guarantee yours.

Aurelius, by text

The site agent is an AI system. It answers from Glowbright's approved knowledge and can make mistakes. Nothing it says is a binding offer, quote, or contract. Don't use it to submit abusive, illegal, or automated bulk content; we rate-limit and may block abuse.

Aurelius, on a call

The voice call is an AI system too: your microphone audio is transcribed and processed by ElevenLabs and an AI model, and the call's audio and transcript are retained as described in the privacy policy. By starting a call you agree to that processing. Aurelius can offer and book meeting times in Federico's calendar; a meeting exists only when the on-screen confirmation and the calendar invite say so. Anything he says about prices, timelines or outcomes is indicative, not an offer. Don't record or redistribute the call to impersonate Glowbright.

Booked meetings

A booked call is a free, no-obligation conversation. Either side can reschedule or cancel by email. Booking does not create a contract.

POST /api/brief

The brief endpoint is offered for legitimate project inquiries, including those submitted by AI agents on behalf of a human. Submitting fake inquiries or exceeding rate limits may result in blocking.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, code, and the Aurelius name and likeness are Glowbright's unless stated otherwise. Client names and logos belong to their owners.

Liability

The site and the agent are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Glowbright is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content or the agent's output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Cypriot law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes go to the courts of Limassol, Cyprus, without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
